A UV printer like the MG-640 prints directly onto rigid materials—acrylic, aluminum, Coroplast, wood, even some plastics—and cures the ink with UV light. That means you can produce a dimensional sign or a POP display in one pass, without waiting for mounting or lamination. It's a different animal from a laser printer.

I've rejected files that were double the megapixels and still unprintable because they were upscaled from a low-res source. Number of pixels isn't the only thing. Resolution plus sharpening plus color space are a package.
